I have been using it for 2 weeks now and tried intensity 3, it does not hurt at all. It was just a tingling feeling after using. I am satisfied with the purchase and thankful for the surprise freebies (a bottle of aloe vera gel, shaver and bag to but the IPL device). It's very easy to use and pain-free.
