Warranty Policy
If your item arrives damaged or experiences malfunction. Skillano offers life time warranty for all IPL products. Claim procedures:
Please request for a warranty claim by emailing us at service@skillano-beauty.com with an email header of “Warranty Claim”. You have to include the following details in the email.
- Contact No.
- Order Confirmation No. & Date of purchase
- Photo(s) or video that prove the product has been malfunctioning or damaged.
Once the Skillano team receives your request for a warranty claim, we will contact you within 3 business days for further information.
For the customer who's success to claim the warranty. You need to resend the item to us for inspection. The fees is fully responsible by the sender. After our inspection, we will send the new item for you without any fees.
